I was traveling from Long Beach, CA to southwestern KS when I developed a water leak in my passenger side footwell. I called University VW Mazda when they opened and Jonathan called me back.Once I got into Albuquerque they got me in immediately. The tech diagnosed and videotaped the issue and fix while explaining everything.I was out in an hour at no charge since it was just a water draining issue. Everyone was outstanding and I will definitely come back if I ever have to while traveling. Thank you so very, very much!
