I had to service my car because the rearview mirror had fallen off. Jonathon in the service department went above and beyond to take care if me and sent me a video review of my cars service. Now the other mirror fell off and he ordered and set a time for me to take care of that at no cost. Fantastic! Thank you Jonathon! Also to the techs.
My experience at University Mazda was one of the best customer services ever. Once I decided on a vehicle, the sales representative explained the process, the finance department approved me quickly and I left within 3 hours. Additionally, the sales representative returned the rental vehicle on my behalf the next day. Everyone was very helpful, professional and kind.
I've never had such an easy and pleasant experience at a car dealership in my life! No hassle, the salesman got us what we wanted. Period.
